Restorative Yoga

This deeply relaxing class offers restorative yoga with the healing power of Reiki energy. Supported poses, breathwork, and guided meditation help calm the body, quiet the mind, and support nervous system regulation. Reiki energy is offered through light, intentional touch to enhance the restful experience.

Come as you are—no props are needed; everything is thoughtfully set up for you. Rest your body in fully supported poses and relax with the soothing benefits of aromatherapy and guided meditation. As you settle into stillness, receive therapeutic Reiki and massage from two sets of healing hands, offering a deeply restorative experience for body, mind, and spirit.
This event is limited to 12 participants for quality of experience. Massage cream will be used during this event - notify studio of any allergies.
